           Due to the nature of our products (skincare, soap, and herbal salves), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

             If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the items. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for return:

          *Items must be unused and in its original condition

          * Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
